What instructions will be given?
You’ll be given a detailed handover when you collect the van. We’ll show you how to pop the roof, pull the bed out, the sink, hob, fridge, gas bottle and electric hook up. We also leave instructions in the cab of the van with contact numbers.
Can I leave my car when I pick up the van?
Yes, you can leave your car at our storage facility, but your vehicle is left at your own risk.
Do I need to return the van with a full tank of diesel?
Yes, the van will have a full tank at the beginning of hire so we ask that it is returned with a full tank.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Yes, a security deposit is required as per our terms and conditions. Deposit must be paid before pick up of the campervan.
What is included in the hire price?

What are the age restrictions?
The age limit is 25-75. We can reduce this to 23 but a higher security deposit will be required.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, we have one van Ernie that we allow dogs in. There is a £35 surcharge for this.
Are the campervans diesel or petrol?
The vans are diesel.
Can we smoke in the vans?
No. Smoking is not permitted in the van.
Do you have automatic vans?
No.
What happens if the gas bottle runs out?
Swap the bottle at a campsite or campsite shop and keep the receipt. You will be reimbursed the cost upon return with a valid receipt.
Can I go to a festival in a campervan?
Yes of course.
How many does the campervan sleep?
The vans will sleep 3 adults or 2 adults, 2 children.
Can we take the van to Europe?
Yes, additional insurance charges for the hire period will apply.
Does a campervan have a shower or toilet?
No, our campervans do not have showers or toilets. We can hire you a porta pottie and privacy tent if required.
